APRIL

Health Awareness Day

KUMA's annual flagship event to give back to the Korean communities in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved! We look for junior and senior volunteers to give your expertise in the form of talks and in direct conversation with the elderly Korean resident population in the UK.

MARCH/APRIL

Academic Seminar

This event is held in the morning of the Health Awareness Day. We offer a series of academic seminars and practical sessions tailored for medical students. We look for KUMA members to participate in teaching and education or general career advice . We also welcome our Consultant colleagues and Alumni to give your invaluable experience and expertise.

APRIL-OCT

Mentorship Events

Our networking events aim to provide a platform by which medical students can gain in-depth insight into medical and surgical specialties, the processes involved in application and portfolio, and other opportunities outside the UK. We welcome any interest to be involved as a mentor to share your expertise or as a medical student!

SEPT/NOV

Foundation Year 1 Welcome Social

KUMA's annual autumn event to welcome newly qualified Foundation Year 1 doctors into the fold. This is a great networking opportunity for new doctors to form friendships and to meet a variety of colleagues in different stages of their career in a sociable and relaxed setting.

NOV/DEC

Christmas Social

Join in the festivities with KUMA's Christmas social. We need your input to organise this event so please fill in the form below to give us feedback on how we can celebrate Christmas together, and book early to avoid disappointment!
